Changes needed in our justice system for deportation of foreign national criminals.
by Faye Lowley
Although this idea was not in the constitution Jack and Tim wrote, the Liberty Defenders believe that foreign nationals convicted of a serious violent crime should be deported immediately upon their release from incarceration.
Anyone who has been welcomed into our country as a refugee or immigrant has to realise that they are to abide by our laws and accept the consequences of their actions if they are to remain. Our legal system seems to have a problem with awarding the correct punishment to fit the crime. We are too lenient in our punishment of violent criminals (both foreign born and indigenous), and because of the liberal lunacy infecting our penal system, budget cuts and overcrowding in jails, judges are loathe to hand down long enough sentences.
Obviously, the defendant would have to be given due process under the law. However, if they are convicted of a serious, violent crime which results in jail time, then the answer and only solution to the problem is to deport the offender immediately, so that our prisons are not overflowing with foreign inmates and society is kept safe. Alternatively, after serving jail time they would be immediately deported.
This would also act as a deterrent. If foreign nationals knew they would be deported if they were convicted, they might in fact choose to behave themselves knowing that the threat of deportation was looming over their heads. After all, although criminals hate us, they love our benefits!
In order to get to the root of the problem of crime in this country we need to prevent crimes being committed in the first instance, whether it is those committed by foreign nationals or members of the indigenous population.
We cannot deport our own people (unlike in the old days when we could deport Brits to penal colonies in Australia), but the incidence of violent crimes, sexual offences, paedophilia etc by foreign nationals and the local population has risen sharply since there is no true deterrent.
When capital punishment was the law of the land the murder rate was much less as it acted as a deterrent. With the push of Liberals to abolish hanging and its subsequent abolition, the deterrent has been removed. Although initially this was not problematic, with changing demographics, as well as sexual deviance on the rise, crime rates have soared (see London’s knife crime epidemic for evidence)
There could be a much less severe punishment than hanging if only the powers that be had the intelligence to find a deterrent--a way to prevent crimes being committed in the first place.
One way would be to take away the benefits of the criminal whether a foreign national or a member of the indigenous population. Our politicians are paid enough, they could surely come up with a good solution to lessen the incidence of crimes in this country.
But first, political correctness has to be abolished, removed from the ‘statute books’. The former Home Secretary under Blair, David Blunkett turned a blind eye to the Rotherham Muslim grooming scandal as far back as 2002: https://www.politicalite.com/rotherham/blunkett-tony-blair-labour-they-turned-a-blind-eye-home-office-knew-about-rotherham-muslim-grooming-scandal-in-2002-report-finds/
Our politicians have to realise they are elected to represent our wishes and to protect the citizens of the country. In the absence of political correctness this grave systematic injustice against children would not have been perpetrated in the first place.
